The Presentail VIP Program is our new free-to-enter rewards program that rewards loyal customers for their gift purchases. All VIP members become Presentail’s Super Gifters.

Customers who sign up and check out with their email address on presentail.com automatically enter the program upon meeting the following conditions within a 12-month period:

  • When you spend $400 & above, or
  • After you send 3 gifts!

Upon meeting the above requirements, you receive the title Super Gifter.

To view your membership status, visit your account at https://presentail.com/account/ and click on the Loyalty and Rewards tab. You can also click on My Wallet to view your cashback rewards.

When you earn Super Gifter status, you earn the following rewards:

  • Free delivery for an entire year
  • 2% cashback on all your orders
  • Special discounts on major seasonal events, like Christmas, Valentine’s Day, and Mother’s Day
  • Same-day gift delivery across Lebanon on a wide variety of gifts.

You will be able to redeem your rewards at checkout online at presentail.com. Special discount codes received via newsletter can be applied at checkout in the coupon section.

You can use cash in your wallet with other discount codes. However, special discount codes received via newsletter cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional discount codes.

Any additional rewards accumulated will be removed upon the cancellation or refund of a gift purchase.

All rewards are unique to each customer and cannot be transferred to other customers.
