Why choose Presentail?
Presentail understands what it means to be living abroad. Hence why we created a program for you to constantly remind your loved ones, who are still in the country how much you miss them.
When and how will I be billed?
You will be billed with the total amount of one item one week prior to delivery. This includes all the subscription plans
How does Presentail Subscribe work?
Very simply, you choose one of the offered plans; either monthly subscription, or open ended subscription, choose the arrangement you wish to send, and we will take care of the rest.
Is shipping Free?
Yes. We do not offer any extra charges or fees on subscriptions.
Can I change the address or the recipient?
Yes, you can either log in into your account information and alter it from there, or send us an email on [email protected]
What if the recipient is not at home?
You can choose what we do in this case under the delivery instructions on the check out. Either we call them, arrange a different delivery spot, leave it on the doorstep, or hand it to a neighbor.
Can I customize an arrangement?
Unfortunately, customized orders or preferences are not available for this plan at the time being. But we guarantee you that you will be pleased with our bouquets.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Sure you can, contact us on [email protected] or send us a WhatsApp.
How long will my flowers last?
That will depend on how you take care of the flowers. Our arrangements are prepared freshly right before delivery. We add instructions on how to look after flowers with every bouquet.
Where do you deliver?
Our courier service covers all Lebanon.
