The International Women’s Day began to see the light in the early 1900s, after movements to dedicated to impower women were held. Later down the line of time, many Europeans countries including France and Russia started to hold such demonstrations. It was in 1975 that the United Nations General Assembly started celebrating the day on March 8. Now over 200 countries dedicate that day to women. 

We acknowledge the importance of the roles women partake in in our history and our future.
