Given that Lebanon is incredibly diverse, we feel privileged to be based in Beirut, the country’s most diverse city.

Because of the nature of our business, we must build a world-class team capable of meeting the expectations of our global customer base. 1- Details of the Policy

Presentail’s diversity policy covers three key areas: recruitment, career development, and employee support. This policy applies to all employees and contractors, both part-time and full-time.

  • Recruitment: Our recruitment tool allows us to efficiently identify and select top talent for interviews. We strongly believe that employees from diverse cultural, linguistic, and experiential backgrounds provide invaluable insights. This diversity helps us solve complex problems more effectively.
  • Career Development and Promotion: We reward excellence at Presentail, promoting employees based on performance. To ensure fairness, all managers receive diversity training, equipping them to evaluate employees objectively and foster an inclusive workplace.
  • Employee Support: Presentail provides a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment for all employees. We offer flexible working arrangements, educational assistance, and employee networks, alongside mentor programs and open communication. Our goal is to maintain a workplace where everyone feels valued and supported.

2- Party Responsible for the Policy

Our diversity committee leads our commitment to diversity. Made up of diversity champions from every level of the company—from top management to the flower shop floor—this committee ensures that our diversity policy is integrated into both daily operations and the company’s strategic direction.

3- Policy Enforcement

To monitor compliance, every employee is expected to understand and uphold Presentail’s diversity policies. Our diversity workshops raise awareness of key issues, ensuring that all team members are informed. If anyone notices that a section of the policy isn’t being followed, they are encouraged to report it to a member of the diversity committee.

In cases of non-compliance, the diversity committee will address the issue on a case-by-case basis, working with the individuals involved to resolve it. The committee also reviews the policy annually with the board of directors or management to ensure it stays current.

4- Communication of the Policy

All employees will be informed of Presentail’s diversity policy upon employment. Should any changes arise during the annual review, they will be communicated promptly to the team.
