What is Presentail?

Presentail is an online gifting platform that simplifies the task of sending a gift to your loved ones in Lebanon from anywhere in the world.

What does Presentail sell?

Presentail hosts a wide range of items sourced from local vendors. Our most popular categories include flowers, chocolate, cakes, perfumes, and more.

In which areas do you deliver gifts?

We deliver gifts all over Lebanon.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

You can place an order without creating an account on Presentail; however, by creating an account, you can checkout faster on your next gift order.

What kind of payment methods do you accept?

We accept card payments via Visa and Mastercard. Currencies accepted include USD, AED, CAD, QAR, SAR, GBP, EUR, AUD, EGP. In case your card is declined, you can make a payment via Western Union by sending the due amount in USD.

Can I use a Lebanese-issued debit/credit card?

Lebanese-issued cards are facing restrictions when processing international payments. This option is currently not available. Payments in LBP are currently not accepted due to the volatility of the currency.

Can I make a custom order?

Yes, you can make a custom order by sending an email to hello@presentail.com with the subject line “Custom Order Request” or by contacting us by phone/WhatsApp at +961 81 392 194. You will receive a customized payment link to process your payment.

How do I know when my order has been received by Presentail?

You will be directed to a webpage stating the confirmation and summary of your order. Additionally, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided.

How do I know when my gift has been successfully delivered?

You will receive an order completion confirmation email. You can also contact us to learn more about the status of your order.

Are the flowers I’m sending fresh?

All florists provide Presentail customers with freshly-picked blooms on the day of delivery. In the event your flowers arrive in poor condition, don’t hesitate to contact us immediately.

How long will the flowers I send last in good condition?

The time for which the flowers you send will remain in good condition depends on multiple factors – type of flowers, the time since the stems have been picked, the weather conditions, etc…

How can the flowers last longer?

Flowers have a limited lifetime once they’ve been removed from the soil and cut; however, there are several ways to keep your blooms in good condition for longer.

  1. Keep your flowers in a vase full of fresh water. Try to change the water every few days to keep the flowers from wilting and getting thirsty!
  2. Trim the flower stems and remove extra leaves. Now that you’ve added your flowers to a vase of fresh water, you can snip the stems at approximately a 45-degree angle to allow in more water. Removing excess and yellowing leaves will allow more water to get into the petals, especially those below the water line in the vase
  3.  Place your flowers away from heat. Keeping your blooms in a cool area will  prolong their lifespan.
Are cakes sent fresh?

All cakes are prepared on the date of delivery to maintain freshness. If not preserved well, cakes will quickly lose their quality – especially in the summer. Cakes that are not consumed upon delivery should be refrigerated, especially cakes that are frosted and/or contain fruits.

Does Presentail issue refunds?

You can read more about Presentail’s issuance of refunds and replacements in our Terms of Use in Section V, Part E. In the event Presentail issues a refund, it can take up to 5-10 days for the refund to appear in your statement depending on your bank.

Can I change the details of my order?

Yes, you can change the recipient’s address and contact details as well as the greeting card note.In order to do so, please contact the customer support team immediately by email, phone, or social media.

Can I add or remove items from my order?

Yes, you can add or remove items from your order by contacting the customer support team by email, phone, or social media. Please notify the team as soon as possible about modifications to your gift order in order to accommodate you on time.

Why is my gift order late?

We are focused on getting your order delivered on time, as gift delivery has to be as punctual as possible. The availability of each product on our website is based on the time required to prepare and deliver your gift. However, if we’re running late, please feel free to reach out to our customer support team immediately.

Why is my gift missing items?

If your gift has been delivered with items missing, please report this immediately to our customer support team. We’re happy to assist you with your request.
