Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

To begin with, if you have a need to consider refunds, returns, or exchanges, it means that you have purchased a gift through Presentail. As a result, we would like to thank you for choosing us! It brings us joy when we’re able to connect you to your loved ones and offer them a pleasant gift experience. Here are some things you might want to know…

  • Order cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the date of delivery. If you choose to cancel your order before the designated time, we will refund the amount of your order in-full to your card.* If you would simply like to change the delivery date of your order, kindly contact us at hello@presentail.com.
  • If you would like to exchange an item once the gift has been delivered, here are some points you might want to know:
    • If your sweets have been received damaged, melted, or not as advertised, we will send the recipient a replacement free-of-charge. Exchanges for different sweets are not permitted.
    • If your flowers have been received damaged or wilted, we will send the recipient a replacement free-of-charge. Exchanges for different flowers are not permitted.
    • If your perfume bottle has been received damaged or not as advertised, we will send the recipient a replacement free-of-charge. Exchanges for different bottles are not permitted.
    • If your alcohol bottle has been received damaged or not as advertised, we will send the recipient a replacement free-of-charge. Exchanges for different bottles are not permitted.
    • If, for any reason, an exact replacement cannot be guaranteed, we will try to secure an alternative of equal and similar value and quality. 
  • If you would like to return an item, here are some points you might want to know:
    • As per the policies set by our vendors, all items that leave their shops are non-returnable and non-refundable.
    • If you would like to modify your order, send us an order modification request at least 48 hours prior to the delivery date in order for sufficient time to process the request. 

* If money is refunded to your bank card, it will take within 5 to 10 days to appear on your statement.
